E commerce Manager

About the Job:

The E-Commerce Manager will leverage their online sales and marketing experience to optimize and grow our online sales . The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing multiple online channels of sales such as the company’s e-store, online affiliates and other business partners.

Responsibilities
•Create online promotions to generate excitement and interest for products and new product launches
•Manage web and e-store merchandising, pricing and discounts, cross sell and up-sells, first time visitor’s offers, exit offers, landing pages and more.
•Participate in Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to achieve CPA and ROI objectives and improve site rankings from meta-tag listings
•Oversee the growth and development of affiliate marketing programs: establish new affiliate relationships, monitoring performance of existing affiliate partners, and ensuring brand integrity and profitability across the affiliate channel
•Forecast and report online promotion and campaign sales, monitor sales results against projections, identify key conversion points
•Work with e-commerce administrator on E- Commerce platform, maintain and set up new products and offerings, monitor inventory levels, set up campaigns and tracking, sales reporting and more.
•Work with technical team to develop key marketing and e-commerce functionality on site
•Maintain deep understanding of industry and competitor activities and new online strategies and tools
•Work with company’s support to ensure best customer experience from web site to purchase
•Conceptualize and manage the development of eStore marketing campaigns ensuring proper tracking linking,, and ROI analysis in conjunction with the company’s key metrics

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Product Management team in the position of Product Manager. The individual will serve as a link between the Business and the IT teams and will manage the product development process. He/she will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and overseeing the implementation of website features and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in product management and will combine IT and business skills, and should be either of IT background with strong business/online business understanding, or of business background with strong understanding of IT. He/she will have previous experience in developing product requirements for an online consumer service. In addition, the candidate must be able to effectively manage cross-functional teams of stakeholders from throughout the organization.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities

Ownership of product requirements for an online consumer service. This includes the requirements gathering process, requirements documentation, and the ongoing maintenance of requirements as the business context evolves.

Quality assurance. Manage and coordinate the testing process to assure optimum quality assurance before product launch.

Working with business owners to understand and document the product requirements of each IT project, which might involve either a new product or enhancement of an existing product/service.

Working directly with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that a successful product is delivered.

Working with engineers to communicate product requirements, make trade-offs, and oversee the product implementation and testing process.

Working with marketing to understand marketing plans and strategy and ensure the site and reporting platform support those plans.

Driving cross-functional teams to deliver a product which is on-time and in compliance with the product requirements. This includes project scheduling, managing and running meetings, and making the appropriate trade-offs.

Get involved in other aspects of the business, such as i.e. market research, analytical work (spreadsheets), design/web design work.
