Randstad Hellas, is seeking to employ a Senior applications support engineer, on behalf of its client
-Ensuring the infrastructure is assured for recoverability, security, configuration, capacity, continuity and performance, and to manage necessary and cost-efficient upgrade or improvement according to business value, agreed with the Market Facing Unit being supported.
-Perform Crisis Management during outages and critical activities, as the situation dictates.
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
-Experience of instilling operational discipline and maintaining service levels
-Have strong knowledge of UNIX operating systems
-Be able to perform code installations to Java based enterprise applications on UNIX and Linux based operating systems.
-Be knowledgeable in UNIX commands used for trouble shooting application, web server, database and other problems
Experience of driving cost saving initiatives
-Hands on experience with on-line billing systems
