The position of Technical Systems Analyst within the SBC Support Team is responsible for the Global Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Support. The focus of the role will be as a subject matter expert for Window Server 2008R2/2016 and Windows 7/ Windows 10 OS. This includes updating, maintaining and supporting the servers and workstations, managing application servers (IIS and File Clusters), supporting operating system and SBC infrastructure related issues globally.
• Manage SBC production ticket/escalation BIN for all supported products globally.
• Provides senior production support to the application and their users.
• Provides input into high level and detailed technical specifications for medium to large projects.
• Ensuring the Global Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments are current with all hotfixes, security patches and application versions.
• Support and maintain Terminal Server, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments
• Maintain and Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Perform tuning to improve performance across Citrix environments.
• Monitor Capacity on ongoing basis and plan to ensure required resources are in place.
• Work with various project managers, application developers, various infrastructure groups.



Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

Troubleshoot and resolve Window Server 2008R2/2016 and Windows 7/ windows 10 OS issues on servers and virtual platforms.
• Implement successfully change records based on business needs for Infrastructure services
• Create and update scripts and processes to manage, maintain and report on SBC related infrastructure
• Document SBC related processes, policies and procedures and all change management requests
• Perform and report on Risk Control Metrics monthly, quarterly and yearly on all infrastructure supported servers.
• Create, update Problem Resolution Procedures
• Meet/ exceed set SLAs in the resolution of assigned SM9 problem tickets
PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES
• Provides consulting services on new initiatives (small to large and of varying complexity). • Prepares detailed technical specifications for small to medium projects in accordance with PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives. • Works with Project Manager to determine best mix of development and interfacing applications to meet business requirements and project objectives. • Contributes to successful project completion by identifying risks, developing, recommending mitigation strategies. • Provides project support by gathering, correlating and analyzing source data for project and migration activities. • Provides analytical due diligence for acquisition and new business opportunities.

Required:
• University or College Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent years of experience as a Technical Analyst • In-depth technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms. • Experience on applications with multiple functions • Experience in IT development, support and implementation roles
• Knowledge of change management with a XenAPP and XenDesktop Certification.
Preferred:
ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis • Technical Certification in an IT area
