Our industry relates to tourism sector and provides software solutions (SaaS) to recreational and associating businesses (B2B). We also value our customers by offering web and mobile applications for their online bookings (B2C). Our plan is to extend this model in affiliated industries and encompass an integrated echosystem that offers a unique and thorough tourist-wise experience that benefits both businesses and customers.

To empower the entire industry to grow, we need to communicate effectively to our target audiences and position ourselves as a leader in the industry. We also need to make sure that we’re delivering a clear and consistent message through our marketing channels. The right person for this role will be able to come into our fast-paced environment, learn our products and mission in no time at all, and work through tailored efforts to build our community and brand throughout the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all company events (industry, prospecting, and customer) to build community, drive leads, and boost brand awareness.
• Owning our social media presence across all relevant channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Concepting and implementing campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Creating and sourcing engaging content (blog posts, images, video) for social media channels. Working alongside our marketing and video teams to help create and distribute content that educates and entertains our audience in manner that supports our marketing goals.
• Moderate and report all feedback sourced from our community to the rest of the company
• Build relationships with followers, industry professionals and journalists
• Communicate with community stakeholders across a wide range of online channels such as Reddit, cryptocurrency forums, slack channels and chat groups.
• Monitor, analyze and improve content performance using industry standard tools and inbound marketing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends



Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• 2+ years direct marketing experience as a community manager or similar role.
• Excellent English language writing and editing skills.
• Hands on experience with B2B social media management
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience leading projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
• Prefer working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to keep up with the latest developments in the blockchain industry and have the chance to learn about new technologies and blockchain.
