We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager based in our Athens office to manage our developer partnerships and support inventory growth for our leading mobile game advertising platform.

As a part of the Business Development team, the Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Business Development, Program and Product teams to deliver best of breed customer service, inventory management to satisfy all wappier revenue channels and product adoption among our publisher partners.

The Senior Account Manager will play an integral role in driving revenue on behalf of the partners, while maximizing network efficacy for wappier. The Senior Account Manager will also be responsible for educating partners about all aspects of the business – from revenue optimization products, to campaign trends, to future business initiatives – ensuring that wappier’s offering to our partners remains the best in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing day to day aspects of publisher relationships, and delivering excellent customer service to each wappier publisher partner
  • Ensuring that wappier has maximized the partnership opportunity with each and that each publisher is seeing optimal revenue from wappier
  • Develop and maintain necessary technical knowledge to be the clients’ first point of contact for troubleshooting
  • Proactively using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop valuable and strategic recommendations both internally and externally to our partners
  • Reporting back to the organization trends that partners are seeing with their own businesses as well as in the marketplace

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, driving solutions for our partners and wappier alike
  • Client management experience (internal and external), including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and aggressive goals
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Understanding of mobile-based advertising
  • Strong in Excel
  • Passion for mobile games!


Πρόσθετα προσόντα:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO HAVE

  • Experience with DSPs and/or SSPs, digital ad serving and mediation systems.
  • Client-facing Ad Agency / Publisher / Ad Network / Advertising Technology Vendor or Account Management experience in the interactive marketing space
  • Experience using Tableau
