* Model Driven Engineering / Object Oriented Design * Java, JavaEE * HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript * Modern Java Frameworks for Web Design/Implementation (Portal, JSF, Web MVC frameworks, AJAX, etc) * Microsoft .NET programming and frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, etc) * Relational Databases, Design, and Implementation * BI Technologies (MOLAP, Star Schemas, and relevant tools and frameworks) * Project Management Methodologies (Rational, PMI, etc) * Business Analysis skills and knowledge in relevant methodologies and artifacts
