Περιγραφή:

• Design, development and testing of large scale, dynamic Web 2.0 applications.
• Design, development, optimization and testing of scalable, dynamic web server back-end systems.
• Database design, development, optimization and maintenance for web systems.

• Setup and technical maintenance of web servers.

This is a non-permanent, full-time position, based on a project-based contract.

Η αναζήτηση συνεργάτη αφορά συγκεκριμένο project (σύμβαση ανάθεσης έργου). Μετά τη λήξη του έργου υπάρχει δυνατότητα για παραιτέρω συνεργασία, αν υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον και από τις δύο πλευρές, οπότε εκτός απο τις τεχνικές γνώσεις και την εμπειρία θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαίτερα και χαρακτηριστικά που αφορούν την συνέπεια, προθυμία και ενδιαφέρον για το αντικείμενο.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer or Information Science or Computer Engineering or other related field.
• Organizational and communications skills focused on efficient problem resolution.
• Professional experience (at least 2 years) in designing & developing web sites or applications and web site management.

• Excellent programming skills in the following technologies:

1. Python
2. Javascript (DOM, AJAX)
3. Java (JSF, JSP, Servlets)

1. PHP v5

• Excellent skills in HTML, XHMTL, XML and relevant development tools.
• Excellent knowledge of CSS 2.
• Excellent skills in installing, setting up and managing systems employing Apache, MySQL, PHP and Python.
• Good knowledge of web security best practices and secure e-commerce transactions (SSL, certificates).
• Good knowledge of SQL (with an emphasis on MySQL and MS SQL).

• Fluency in English.

Πρόσθετα προσόντα:

• Knowledge of web page artwork and template design.
• Knowledge or experience with developing cloud computing applications (Google AppEngine, Amazon EC2).

• Knowledge of Adobe Flash.
