Περιγραφή:

The Digital Marketing Analyst will play an integral role in helping Frontier deliver an optimal online experience to existing and prospective customers. Optimizing web site usability and effectiveness for e-commerce, self-service and online customer support is central to this position. The day-to-day and general responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Serve as the day-to-day point person for web analytics. Manage analytics, reporting, and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics,vwo,infushion and Crazy Egg.
• Create, share and manage weekly and monthly web performance dashboards (highlighting key web site usage trends, KPIs, findings, issues, opportunities and recommendations).
• Define analytic/tagging requirements for new and ongoing web and digital projects and ensure these are properly defined in all Business Requirements Documentation as managed by the Frontier IT organization.
• Manage and drive the web site A/B testing and optimization plan. This includes defining the test plan, interfacing with developers, defining requirements, and using tools such as infushion to help execute.
• Manage online customer survey and satisfaction data/analytics. Share data, learning and optimization recommendations with the digital team as well as other organizational stakeholders. Apply findings to test plan and web site optimization initiatives.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships for the tools and services we use day in, day out to execute on our goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and benchmark competitor web sites and offerings, and bake findings into test plan.
• Establish analytic guidelines and help to integrate into plans and roadmaps for the online team.
• Identify and test new web technologies that could help improve analytics, usability and e-commerce.



Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• Required skills/experience:
• This position requires a candidate with both an analytical and creative mindset, a balance of quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, and the ability to use data to solve problems. The Digital Marketing Analyst endeavors to identify “a better ways of doing things”, and portrays a true passion for problem solving and “getting things done”. The ability to interface with cross-functional teams and individuals, negotiate and champion for what you need, and apply creative problem solving to meet your objectives and goals is critical to succeeding in this role.

• 2-4 years’ experience in digital analytics and marketing.
• 2-4 years’ experience using Google Analytics, Crazy egg or comparable web analytics solution.
• 2-4 years’ experience managing or supporting a corporate web site with regard to content, analytics, project management, or defining functional/technical requirements and specifications.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to set/meet deadlines and prioritize work accordingly.
• Deep understanding of web/UX usability and design best practices.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iframes, and other web technologies that impact web site usability and performance.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing skills a must. Solid presentation skills needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related area.

• 2-4 years’ experience managing or supporting digital marketing campaigns/channels for paid search, display, email, social marketing, or comparable.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing or supporting SEO programs.
• 1-3 years’ copy writing experience.
• Knowledge or experience in telecommunications space.
