Περιγραφή:

Panasoft, an Athens, Greece based software company specializing in bringing Front, Mid and Back Office solutions to the Travel Industry has an immediate opening for a Software Implementation Manager (Code: SIPM01).
The company is a market leader in its field and is currently expanding its
operations in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in the expansion plans, undertaking the
supervision of project implementations in the aforementioned areas.
The Software Implementation Manager is the person acting as the liaison
between the client and Panasoft throughout the project implementation
process, providing expert knowledge and ensuring that the software is
ready for customer use. The candidate will be responsible for managing the
deployment of the Company’s specialized ERP software. Detailed activities
will include analyzing business needs and shaping business processes,
project management, software configuration with the customer, training and
supervision during the first period of live implementation.
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate, have an EU citizenship, or be
allowed to legally work in Athens Greece.



Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer facing roles,
  • implementing and supporting travel industry solutions
  • Firm grasp of travel industry processes and business practices
  • Excellent command of the English language. Verbal and written
  • communication in English must be fluent.
  • Experience with GDS (Primarily Sabre, but also Amadeus and/or
  • Travelport) processes.
  • Ability to grasp complex business and technical details and convey this
  • information to the customer and/or the R&D department.
  • Troubleshooting skills, analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to
  • solve technical problems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and meet customer expectations.
  • Willing to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to travel is required.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the point of contact between the customer and all sales,

configuration, data migration, development, professional services,
support and project team members during the implementation process.
  • Manage the implementation project until successful completion.
  • Participate in internal meetings as well as lead status meetings with the

  • customer.
  • Maintain detailed project plan, issue tracking and action items list.
  • Work closely with customer project lead and entire project team to

  • ensure that all deliverables are delivered successfully and on time.
  • Lead on site analysis with customer.
  • Follow up and escalate requests for additional functionality,

customizations, issues and enhancements identified throughout the
project.
  • Display a high level of knowledge and consistent service throughout all

interactions with customer.
