Your responsibilities
• Provide support and customer service on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries
• Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue

Our requirements
• Fluency in German language(Spoken & Written) for communication with native speakers
• English language (Spoken & Written) on a sufficient level to understand all training – Technical and Customer Service
• Analytical thinking
• Customer Focus
• Good computer skills
• Flexible to work in shifts (no night shift)
• Minimum 12 month commitment

Brno is a truly international city with inhabitants and visitors from all over the world and there is no requirement to speak Czech.
